Tournament Check in
To better serve teams and their team managers/coordinators we will be offering free online/electronic check-in (eCheck-In). This will be mandatory for all teams. Please read the instructions and steps below.
The deadline for eCheck-In is Fri Dec 16th, 2022, at 11:59pm – NO EXCEPTIONS.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ECHECK-IN:
- Roster Sheet Winter
- Futsal Cup Waivers
Once a team registers, they will receive an email with a Roster Sheet to be filled out and returned. This will be sent to the contact person at registration. Waivers can be found on our website.
Gather all Documentation and send once everything is ready. No partial uploads. All documents need to be scanned as pdf documents with the team's name and age group. No JPEGs or images are accepted. All Waivers are to be in one zip pdf file .

On the Email subject line, please write the team’s name and age group. Ex: SSA Futsal 12/13 boys
Once everything is received on our end, please allow 4 days for us to get back to you. We will review all documents and send a confirmation email that it was received and no additional documents are needed.
Our intentions with the online/electronic check-in (eCheck-In) are to provide a better service to participating teams and ultimately save time and make it easier for team managers.
If in-person check in is needed please arrive 1 hour prior to the first game with a copy of the Winter Futsal cup waiver for each player and 1 Copy of your completed roster sheet.
